BumbleBee Soapworks started in the kitchen of Frank and Carol Smith in Mississauga, Ontario Canada. Carol had gone through a life altering illness that made them look at ways to detoxify their home starting with the products used on the skin. After making their first batch of natural soap in 2017, Carol continued to experiment with different recipes and their benefits and, in the process, BumbleBee Soapworks was born. All of our soaps are vegan, handmade, and made from all natural ingredients. No fragrance oils are used or artificial colours made in labs. We avoid nut oils and only use essential oils. Our soaps are made in small batches through the cold process method and on average take 4 weeks to cure. Availability of some of our soaps may be delayed due to curing.
To extend the lifespan of your soap do not allow it to sit in any container that allows water to settle at the bottom. Keep your soap in a dry place out of the stream of water and on a draining soap dish or wire rack. Feel free to cut your soap in half to prolong it’s use, especially face soaps.
Precautions: Keep out of eyes, rinse thoroughly with plain water if this occurs - discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. All of our soaps are individually hand cut and will have slight variations in size.
Please note there are no guarantees as to the curative effect of any herb, oil or tonic used, and no user should attempt to use any of the information herein provided as treatment for any skin condition, weakness, or disease without first consulting a physician or health care provider.
